Details:	SUMMARY: Alert for repeat and routine coliform 9/7/12 DETAILS: I contacted Irene to let her know about the positive coliform samples. I let her know that she will need to send out a public notice. She indicated that a notice has already been sent to the 8 homes on this well. She also indicated they had Youngberg pump out to disinfect the well and distribution system. I asked her to send a copy of the public notice to this office and the state. I also let her know to take 5 temporary routine samples for October. If all the follow ups are clean then they are back on a one per quarter sample schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice.
