Assistance Type:	OTHER REGULATORY - Contact with operator regarding chlorination

Details:	Called operator about the water system chlorination. At this time, they are pouring 2 cups of NSF approved chlorine in spring #1 twice daily at about 6 hours apart. The water then flows into the storage tanks and then into the distribution. Springs #2 and 3 are offline. The operator has an older test kit with old reagents. The system has a deadline of January 21st to turn in plans for an approved method of adding chlorine and will be asking the county contact for an extension on the installation of the chlorine system. Until the plans are approved and system installed, the operator will be providing a new test kit, taking readings at or before the first user but after the storage tanks when chlorine is added, taking reading in the distribution twice a week at different locations and documenting.
