Details: SUMMARY: Routine RAD monitoring DETAILS: Left message with Jean reminding her to start initial RAD monitoring along with other monitoring that is now due. The system was changed from a NC to a C classification in July 2012. I have previously sent Jean a letter outlining all of the new monitoring requirement and monitoring schedules. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine quarterly RAD monitoring.
