| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received notice the routine sample for October tested positive. I called the facility and left a message detailing the next steps to take. They are to take 4 samples, one must be triggered sample. I called again on 11/1 but am not able to reach any person so I again left a message. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat tests and label one as triggered. | ||
