Details: SUMMARY: 3 LCR excursions for September DETAILS: I called John to let him know about the LCR and he said that he would contact the onsite manager to find out if all of the equipment is operating properly. I let him know that we are due for a survey so I can check in at that point ACTION NEEDED: Check in on the system during the upcoming routine system survey.
