| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 11-8-12 DETAILS: I called Mr. Kohler and asked him to do some resampling. A repeat sample at the bad sample location, one upstream and downstream. I also asked him to take 2 additional repeats in the distribution system. He also needs to take a triggered source sample at the wellhead. I let him know next month to take 5 temporary routine samples in the dist system ACTION NEEDED: Monitor testing results and follow up as needed | ||
