| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 of 4 repeat samples positive for Ecoli DETAILS: I received a call from Tony Fields at the state relating the 2 of 4 samples were Ecoli positive. I called Darrell, he was aware but was unsure of what to do. Darrell stopped by the office to produce a boil water notice and chlorination schedule for the well and storage tank. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice. Chlorinate the well and storage tank. Resolve contamination problem. Continue increased chlorine residual in normal operations. 5 temporary routine samples to be taken in October 2012 | ||
