| Details: | SUMMARY: Observation of unfiltered surface water being served to users DETAILS: I stopped by spring collection area and viewed and took picture of direct connection between surface water behind impoundment to Drift Creek Landing public system. Drove to office and created public notice to send to operator while Amy Chapman phoned operator to discuss. Amy told operator to post public notice as soon as possible to which operator stated they would post 10/20/12 in the morning and to send copy of notice to the state. See attached email to system. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on 10/22 to discuss notice. | ||
