| Details: | SUMMARY: Called operator regarding system survey report DETAILS: Called operator after 30 days had passed since sending a water system survey report. I spoke with Mohammed and asked if he had received the survey report he received it) and reminded him that corrections are due by 12/31/12. Mohammed informed me he didnt know why these corrections are necessary since the building is from 1981 and he would probably have to shut the hotel down as a result of having to make the corrections.
