| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli in assessment samples - Boil Water DETAILS: DWS received laboratory results showing positive total coliform AND Ecoli in assessment samples from each of the two wells at this facility. I contact Mr Olson to inform him that he needs to collect five "confirmation" samples from each of the wells within 24 hours as required by the GWR. In addition, due to the fact that E coli was detected in both wells - the system was placed on a boil water advisory immediately. I also instructed Mr Olson to collect the confirmation samples prior to taking any corrective actions. He understood. I also consulted with Gary at Yamhill County and it was decided that I would be the lead for followup of this issue with JJ Water Company. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for confirmation results. Wait for receipt of boil water notice and certification of delivery. Discuss corrective actions with Mr Olson as needed. | ||
