| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Call to Melitas, Tracy returned my call next day. Gary had already taken one repeat sample to the lab. I explained there needs to be additional samples taken and where the samples needed to be taken from and how the sample needed to be labeled. I also discussed the need for a sample tap near the well and other items from the last survey that had not been corrected emailed her a copy. The will take additional samples as required and call if they have another bad sample. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples, 1 triggered sample to be taken today. 5 temporary routine samples to e taken in November 2012 | ||
