Details:	SUMMARY: Five routine distribution samples are coliform positive DETAILS: I had a phone conversation and email with Frances regarding the latest positive samples. I provided them with website information regarding shock chlorination of storage tank and well. They were looking into leaks in the fie hydrants. WE discussed the potency of 12.25% chlorine that they had stored for one year that were unopened. We discussed the different tine/concentration values using the shock chlorination calculation tool. I requested that a public notice be sent to the residents. I received a letter informing the residents about a second shock chlorination process. I emailed Frances requesting the public notice template be used that had the required health language in it. The letter stated they were attempting a second shock chlorination on 10/27/12. It also stated that 5 temporary routine distribution samples would be submitted after the shock chlorination was complete. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for public notice to be remitted. Monitor temporary routine distribution sample results.
