| Details: | SUMMARY: System had a TC+ routine coliform sample DETAILS: Mike is a new employee for ODOT. I directed him to take the 4 repeat samples - one at the same location as the previous positive routine sample, one "upstream," one sample "downstream," and the 4th at the well as they do not have any disinfection treatment on their system. If any of these repeat samples are positive (confirming the TCR violation), we will talk about appropriate shock chlorination. He says it is fine to leave Tim Bednar (his supervisor, in Lakeview) as the Admin contact for this water system. ACTION NEEDED: Send Mike some information about how to mark the lab slips so that it is clear that his samples satisfy the GWRs source sample requirement. | ||
