Details:	SUMMARY: Left a message for Mr. Moore regarding the terms of a proposed BCA DETAILS: I called and left a message for Peter Moore. I also sent an email with a draft of the proposed bilateral compliance agreement (BCA). I stated that we accepted the idea of a pilot study for a year before plans are submitted for the Breitenbush water system filtration project. Construction is proposed at being completed within six months of DWS approving plans the filtration plans. I stated that we will not waive the public notice requirement which was requested by Mr. Moore. I asked for a response by December 15 with the agreement being signed shortly thereafter. ACTION NEEDED: Await response from water system and either sign the BCA or issue an administrative order if necessary.
