Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for survey deficiency DETAILS: 5/23/12 survey showed no completed O&M manual. Discussed during survey and Sherry has completed draft including chlorination schedule and process flushing schedule and process, routine pump maintenance schedule and process and operator certification info. ACTION NEEDED: Include any other specific information a person not familiar to the system would need to conduct O and M. combine with your ERP, coliform sampling plan and latest survey to create a useful working document.
