| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System score of 15 points following 8/3/12 positive coliform and 9/10 Ecoli. Worked with system closely throughout August/September and met Susan on site to ensure no chlorine and take repeat samples. System chlorinated 8/6, 9/11 and 9/14. System posted unresolved PN on 8/6 and boil water notice on 9/11 at 21 locations throughout park. Boil notice remained in place until absent follow up sample on 9/19. System is planning a new reservoir to replace existing soon. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines in early October. If all absent can go back to quarterly sampling. | ||
