| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Follow up for 4/26/12 system survey by John Mason. No raw water sample tap. No ERP, no coliform sampling plan and no O&M. System submitted photographs of a new raw sample tap located before the pressure tank at the inlet to the building from the pitles. System also submitted coliform sampling plan, ERP and simple O&M plan. Plan included PN templates, contact info chlorination recipe, alternate water supply, etc. ACTION NEEDED: Keep these documents available for appropriate personnel and update routinely | ||
