| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine RAD monitoring DETAILS: I spoke with Richard on 9/12/12 and explained the RAD monitoring requirement. System has one round with non detect and I asked Richard to take another round ASAP. I was also discussed during their water system survey on 9/11/12 by Alisa Zastoupil. Alisa spoke with Richard again on 10/3/12 and was informed that radiological monitoring was done on 9/13/12 ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine quarterly RAD monitoring - wait for results | ||
