Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly RAD monitoring DETAILS: I spoke with Larry about the violation. The system has not started the 4 consecutive rounds of RADS yet. I gave Larry info on what was required and he said he would contact water lab right away and begin monitoring quarterly for RADs. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine quarterly RAD monitoring
