| Details: | SUMMARY: SOC late reporting DETAILS: I spoke with Bernie about the monitoring violation. The system had a DI(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate detection in 2010 is now doing quarterly follow up monitoring. Testing was done in the 3rd quarter of 2012 but reported on 10/12/12 late. The result was ND. Bernie is going to continue monitoring quarterly and has to test for all SOCs again in 2012. If next round is ND the monitoring schedule can be changed to annually.
