| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to vehicle spill on MP 17 Hwy 20 Eastbound into Yaquina River DETAILS: I received notification of this spill at 1pm on 12/17, as documented on OERS 2012-2998, which was reported around 11 a on 12/17. After consulting DWS emergency spill maps, I determined that no public water systems had intakes downstream of location of incident on Yaquina River. I consulted ODOT and they have not identified any spilled materials into the river at this time. ACTION NEEDED: No action at this time. DWS to determine any appropriate follow up steps as more information is gathered. | ||
