| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Diane McClay contacted our office, via phone, to discuss recent organizational changes within the Oregon Parks & Recreation Department. Diane will replace Mark Stevenson as the primary ‘point of contact’ for ‘OPRD Koberg Beach Rest Area’ public water system and for all other Hood River County public water systems with the acronym ‘OPRD’ within the system name.As well, Diane wished to discuss our last correspondence (letter: 12/4/12 from Ian Stromquist, REHS, see file) regarding progress resolving ‘Significant Deficiencies’ at the ‘OPRD Koberg Beach Rest Area’ PWS. We discussed the proposed corrective options, the public notice requirement and alternative corrective actions including the variance application proves.An updated ‘Water System Information’ form will follow this contact report. ACTION NEEDED: Finalize the ‘Corrective Action Plan’ by 12/31/12. | ||
