| Details: | Called in response to Jonnie Cox's email stating Southern Oregon Head Start received an invoice/LATE notice for our water fee which is the first notice received. Additionally PWS has been closed since spring break for full services since March. Just recently re opened for very limited in person instruction at this location. I told Laurie that the late fee does not need to be paid. | ||
