| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone conversation regarding progress on spring retrofit Ecoli DETAILS: During the phone conversation regarding the Ecoli alert, we also discussed the email sent on 11/27/12 David reported that some of the issues cited may be due to improper labeling on water test forms. We explained what the PNC status meant and that resolution would only be reached by correcting the construction deficiencies at the spring. regarding the Ecoli alert, we also discussed the ACTION NEEDED: Resolve PNC by resolving MCL violations by correcting construction deficiencies and removing fecal contamination from the distribution system. Once we reach that point we will review each individual violation and return as many as possible to compliance and prescribe actions for any outstanding issues. | ||
