| Details: | SUMMARY: Email sent regarding progress on spring retrofit DETAILS: I am wondering whether the system has made any progress repairing the system. Please let me know how things are going. I also wanted to let you know that the systems score has recently been reassessed at 17. Scores above 10 are considered PNC. This new designation does not change how we want you to proceed. I just wanted to let you know in case any of your useres have questions. Click picture below. Letter included a picture summarizing violations and the system score ACTION NEEDED: Operator was directed to continue toward repairing the spring source. We believe the repairs will resolve all outstanding issues except M&R violations. | ||
