| Details: | SUMMARY: Deadline for installation of chlorinator and enforcement DETAILS: 9/7/12 Sent letter giving deadline to install chlorinator or be subject to enforcement for not installing the chlorinator due to Ecoli. Gave them a deadline of 11/1/12. Oct 8, received response asking for extension of deadline to 2/1/13. Oct 29 I sent a response letter agreeing to the extension if they provide a current boil water notice to me immediately. I explained that if they dont install by 2/1/13, formal enforcement action would be pursued. 10/31/12 I received a copy of the most current boil water notice that is currently posted.
