| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed extension to BCA with Lyons-Mehama WD DETAILS: Kelly called to discuss requesting an extension to the bilateral compliance agreement between DWS and the District currently in place with deadlines past-due. She stated that the Master Plan is expected to be completed within the next couple of weeks. Maintaining 20 psi at all service connections is being delayed due to the county planning dept.s delay in granting permission to begin construction on the booster pump station. The District will complete its letter and send it to me around the first week of January. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
