| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to monitoring violation DETAILS: Contacted Alvie and left a message about missing 3rd quarter coliform sample. I asked for a call back and to take the sample ASAP. Paula called back and she said she thought she only needed to do the coliform once per year now because we had a conversation earlier in the year. Turns out she misunderstood me and I actually told her she only needed to do nitrate once per year. She said she would call the lab back and get the sample taken ASAP ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
