Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiency (SD) follow up DETAILS: Dry Creek has sent out a letter to its residents regarding backflow testing. The letter reads that they all must be tested by June 30, 2013. A list of qualified backflow testers was included. This corrects all the deficiencies from the 10/29/12 survey ACTION NEEDED: none
