| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 11/6/12 DETAILS: I contacted Dick to let him know about the positive sample from yesterday. He said he was informed and was planning on pulling the repeat tomorrow morning. FFI let him know to take a triggered source sample at the well head and 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routines for December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary. | ||
