| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation & resolution of monitoring violation DETAILS: System got a coliform v violation for the third quarter in error. The system has been inactive all summer long and has actually merged with system #41-92878 at the beginning of the season. The handle has been left off of the hand pump so the pump inaccessible to the public. I had sent a de activation form back in September. The operator called on this date to let me know that he had received a notice of non sampling for coliform. I called Chuck at the state and he emailed me back later today that the system had been deactivated Chuck will reject the violation. This should reflect on the database of of 11/6/12 ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
