Details:	SUMMARY: Fish Screen Investigation DETAILS: The Oceanside Water District owns and operates a Surface Water System. The district supplies water to 375 full time residents through 750 connections. This includes services to the communities of Oceanside and Cape Meares. The high number of second homes accounts for the low resident to connection ratio. The District treats water from Short Creek through a packaged rapid sand filter plant. Water is pumped from the clearwell to two separate reservoirs. The District has been informed that a fish screen is needed on their Short Creek Intake. HBH was contacted by Mr Tuckey for assistance with this matter. HBH contacted screen manufacturer for a cost and delivery estimate on the screen. HBH contacted ODF&W to determine in water work requirements for the screen installation. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to assist the District as requested on this matter.
