| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Spoke with James Brierly 10/30 and discussed positive sample. System recently installed a cistern liner and chlorinated and a special sample was positive. This sample was a follow up to the positive special but we decided to call it a routine for the 4th quarter. System will re chlorinate cistern and take a repeat sample. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate with 1 gallon bleach (4ppm) flush and take a repeat to ensure absent of bacteria. | ||
