| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: I received a message from Janet 11/2 saying the system had been treated. The system did take 3 repeat samples however they are missing the 4th trigger sample (it is not listed in SDWIS) As well, they are required to post a tier II notice. I am attaching the tier II notice here and will try to make an attempt to reach the system. I have made several attempts but have not heard back from the system. ACTION NEEDED: Post tier II public notice, take triggered sample | ||
