| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert follow up DETAILS: I spoke with the system today . A fourth triggered sample was taken and is attached here, for some reason it was not listed in SDWIS. The system has also informed all of the residents regarding the situation. She explained to me they had been cleaning out the storage tank and did not add enough chlorine which probably caused the water to test positive, the triggered sample came back clean. The system has taken the required action they have treated the water with chlorine a second time as well as informed all the residents. The lab will take 5 more routine samples in November 2012 ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples | ||
