| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up positive coliform DETAILS: Called Jill and discussed that although no repeats required since already confirmed MCL, GWR requires a triggered source sample. Public notice needed within 30 days. Discussed chlorine recipe to 4 mg/L (1.5 gallons bleach ) and shock protocol. Will take additional repeats to ensure bacti absent. 10/15 called lab and triggered source sample absent. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate reservoir and distribution. Check with chlorine kit to ensure no more bleach and take repeat samples to ensure absent. Distribute public notice and get copy to me. Suggest notifying of chlorination in advance. | ||
