| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on 4 log compliance monitoring DETAILS: spoke with Anthony regarding the 4 log inactivation of viruses. Anthony ha been sampling the chlorine residual at the entry point and mailing in the monthly monitoring form but never sent in the 4 log application. Anthony has the application and the contact time worksheet. He is mailing the application into the state office today 11/19/12. State should be updating the website to reflect 4 log compliance by December 2012 ACTION NEEDED: Mail in application and contact time worksheet. | ||
