Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Frances about current test results. She was instructed to take three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample. She was also instructed to deliver a public notice to the residents. This system has been shock chlorinated twice and still continues to have coliform issues. This system has historically had issues with coliform in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the repeat samples.
