Details:	SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: I spoke to Frances on 11/8 regarding the positive temporary routine distribution sample. I explained the sampling process needed to start over with three distribution samples and a triggered source sample. I explained the need to submit a public notice. Two repeat samples are coliform positive the triggered source sample was negative. WE talked about the need to possibly pursue treatment of the system due to this on going issue. I discussed trying to find other locations to samples other than swivel utility sink faucets as this may be a problem. I told Frances I would write them a letter explaining treatment options and plan review of treatment options. I spoke Jay Macpherson and Betsy Perry about the coliform issue. ACTION NEEDED: Write a letter to the system explaining treatment options. Five temporary routine samples are due for December.
