Details:	SUMMARY: Excursions accural for pH DETAILS: Spoke to Paul about the excursions for pH. He stated that he was away for a period of time and others were taking readings. There may have been issues with calibration of the pH meter. He stated that for November and December pH levels have been above the set point of 7.0. There is no way to adjust the pH. I spoke to Chuck Michael regarding the excursions. He evaluated the report. Data entry showed 3 excursions for September and 6 for October for a total of 9. The actual excursion total for October was 24 and the online date will be adjusted. I requested copies of the report from Chuck. Chuck also stated that violations are not being issued for LCR excursions. I will request the system supply me with their monthly reports also. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor monthly entry point reports for phosphate and pH
