| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up DETAILS: Phone contact with owner to inform him of results of the latest test. He had not been notified yet but after our conversation he was to contact the local managers and have them take repeats, one from the source and 3 in distribution. I explained this to him and he said he know what to do and would call immediately and have repeats done. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines next month | ||
