| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up DETAILS: Operator called to inform me the routine sample that was taken on 11/14/12 was positive. The sample site was the City Shop sink. ACTION NEEDED: Operator pulled 3 repeats and one source since the city well is the only one operating at present. Sample site my not be the best but one of the repeats was from the same site. Results should be known by 2pm on Friday, I asked the operator to contact me so we could discuss the results. | ||
