| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up DETAILS: The 3 repeats taken in distribution were all positive, the source sample was clean. ACTION NEEDED: Operator planning on batching the tanks to .2ppm and turning on the chlorinator to bring residuals up to .2ppm throughout the system. Flushing will be done to move the chlorinated water throughout the system and then after a couple of the chlorinated water throughout the system and then after a couple of days the chlorinator will be turned off and another sample pulled when chlorine residuals are back to zero. Public notices will be placed in the water bill and DHS will be notified. | ||
