| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to MCL violation Nov 2012 DETAILS: Site visit was made on 11/27/12. System had taken 2 repeat samples on 11/20 and had the other 3 waiting when I got there. System was not following coliform sampling plan and also was not using an approved chlorine test kit. I sent them info on a chlorine test kit which they purchased and system updated their plan. ACTION NEEDED: I sent them a draft public notice on 1/3/13 for the MCL violation. System is to distribute notice and send copy back to DWS. No clear indications on what could have caused the multiple coliform positive samples. | ||
