| Details: | SUMMARY: Compliance follow up DETAILS: Letter Joann received 10/24/12, she wanted to show progress made. Pb/Cu sample drawn 10/15/12. Copy of requirements were printed and provided before she left todays meeting. CCR provided showing necessary language re: minimizing lead/copper exposure. Sample results shown labeled as coming from source-- yet to show documentation of proper sanitary seal for well-- yet to show documentation of proper sanitary seal for well-- yet to show documentation of lid to storage tank as secured:Showed results ,below MCL, for RADs recently drawn coliform sample plan needs work, lacks showing logical routine and repeat sample sites-- O&M manual needs work, lacks showing what needs done and at what frequency-- many reasons given re lack of progress toward finding a corrosion control treatment, still pending-- Possibility that 2012 RAD sampling listed in letter is not needed-- Await confirmation. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to Lead & Copper Pb/Cu public education, document sanitary seal and secured tank lid, fix coliform sample plan plus O&M Provide letter of recommendation regarding corrosion control treatment and eventual installation. | ||
