| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 11/21/12 DETAILS: I called the operator to let him know they had a routine total coliform positive sample. I let him know to take a triggered source sample at the well head and 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples for the month of December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessary. | ||
