| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform DETAILS: 11/8/12 Mark Schatz called to inform me a routine sample collected 11/7/12 tested positive and that well #2 was off line (he discovered the pump had failed). We discussed the triggered, well #1 and distribution repeat (3) requirements, along with five temporary routines in December. ACTION NEEDED: A triggered (well #1) and three distribution repeats are due within 24 hours, five temporary routines due in December. | ||
