| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to coliform alert DETAILS: spoke to Julie about the alert. Julie stated that Cyndy is on vacation but will call and inform her of the alert. Facility will be closed until November 8th. I told Julie to inform Cyndy that 4 samples need to be submitted within 24 hours or as soon as possible. If she is unable to take them then to call a lab who can come out and sample. ACTION NEEDED: Samples will be submitted next week. | ||
