Details:	SUMMARY: Inventory of a new PWS DETAILS: This sytem serves a licensed organizational camp in rural Clackamas County. It consisits of a single well & pressure tank. There is no treatment or disinfection of the system. I went out for the inspection with Karen Leben from this office in late 2011. At that time it was not certain that the camp would obtain land use approval from county zoning. The camp has since obtained approvals from the county to operate. James emailed me sample results from 3rd quarter 2012. The results include coliform, nitrate, and arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review and water system survey.
