| Details: | SUMMARY: responded to temporary repeat positives DETAILS: One of the 5 temporary routines positive. This required process to begin all over --4 repeat samples required, one from well and 3 from distribution. No treatment a camp. Public notice required to remain posted. 5 temporary routine samples required by end of November 2012. Instead of submitting repeat samples, operator is going to put the money towards plan review for a chlorination system. They are working with Oregon water services to achieve this goal. I advised her of the violation that will be coming next month due to the absent submittal of repeat samples ACTION NEEDED: Public notice to remain posted. Submit plan review to Marsha fox for new chlorination treatment system | ||
